2020 Reflections - 2021 Visions
Hello 2021!
One of my favorite end of the year rituals is to take inventory of everything I’ve done the last 12 months. I start off be revisiting my goals from the previous year and checking to see which ones I’ve accomplished. This can be everything from places I’ve visited, to new foods I’ve tried, to courses I’ve taken. Remember when doing this to keep it light, fun and reminiscent. You will be proud of how much you’ve actually managed to accomplish in just 12 months— especially in 2020!
I know this year was especially difficult for so many but I challenge you to highlight and celebrate these moments, both big and small. In your nostalgia, remember that anything you may have not tackled in 2020, you can add to your list for 2021. Also think about old habits and anything that is no longer serving you. This running list is perfect for including everything you would like to release.
WOOHOO! and just like that you’ve reflected on 2020 and have started your visualizing for 2021. Remember— the more specific you are with your goals and visualizations, the easier it is to manifest. Below I’ve posted some inspiration and notes from my 2021 list. I’d love to know what your list includes. Wishing you the best of luck in 2021 and Happy Holidays!
